Virtual CIO / CTO.

There are a number of business who have IT staff but no CIO / CTO . As such there is no one who can strategically advise the business on where to take their systems to the next level, or how to position systems for next step growth.
For these business the service offered is that of Virtual CIO.
This is a high level engagement which may only require a monthly or quarterly visit depending on the required outcomes.

Solution Design

Your business may be faced with a IT problem that needs solving.

We work with the business to scope out the most appropriate solution based on overall business objectives.

The solution is that we will scope and implement either a boxed product solution or have a bespoke solution built by local or international resources to resolve the problem.

Whilst our focus is primarily on Microsoft based infrastructure solutions as the level of expertise focuses around the Microsoft Technology Stack, we do work with opensource technology platforms.

General System Support

We assist companies and other partners with day to day support issues from desktop to server, and with long and short term IT strategy.

The majority of the companies that we support have their own internal IT resources to handle the general day to day issues, any issues that these team members cannot resolve are then escalated to Logical Data Systems for resolution.
