We then work with internal or outsourced developers to deliver the solution, and follow either traditional project management methodology's (waterfall) or agile methodology's. These will largely depend on the business expectations and complexity of the required solution.

Some projects are small which could be delivered in a short time frame, whilst other projects are delivered over longer periods.
